Service was great, walked in and explained my problem, truck was inside and windshield being repaired within five minutes. Did a great job fixing rock chip.
Staff went above and beyond with their service.

I have so many amazing things that I could say about these guys. I work with a not-for-profit and windshield surgeons stepped up to help us like you wouldn’t believe.
I would strongly recommend windshield surgeons to anybody needing a windshield for their vehicle.

Nothing but great experiences. Knocked my rear view mirror off the windshield last year and they took me in right away and attached it for no cost!
Skip ahead 2 years and I brought my car in for a new windshield. When I went to pay they told me I won a contest they were running for all Alberta and my windshield was free!
Obviously my experiences are heavily biased, but even the work and customer service have been top notch!

Stopped in there today (Nov20/25) to have a look at a rock chip. Turned out it only needed some sealant that they put on at no charge. Staff were extremely helpful courteous and friendly. While in the waiting room for one staff to get a tool another young staff came in and asked it I had been helped. Hard to find customer service like that. Now I know that when I do get the inevitable rock chip I will be going there again.

Windshield Surgeons had superior service from start to finish. I use a wheelchair and it is difficult for me to transfer out of my car. They allowed me to pull up outfront while they fixed the chip in my windshield. The worker was great with communication and letting me know where he was in the process of the repair. After fixing the chip he finished up with a clean of my front windshield. Only good things to say.

My wife and myself was very impressed with the gentleman that worked the front desk with his professionalism, knowledge with any questions we had. The Young girl that worked on my truck did a fantastic job completing the job in a timely manner as well as left my truck very clean. Great job to all the employees that work on Saturday morning. We were very impressed with the job completed in every way.
