The store smells like they had a massive accident with a pallet of baby powder. They are frequently out of stock of common items and the staff are more interested in their phones than their the customers. Did they really think 7-11 failed in this location because the store smelled good, had plenty of stock, and focused on customer service?

Not happy I walk 15mins to this store just find out that it's closed Google says it's open until 10pm but this is a lie the door have a chain and padlock on the doors not happy such a waste of time

The cleanliness of this store leaves much to be desired. Almost every counter was covered in Sticky slurpee syrup or coffee spills. For the guy FaceTiming and chatting away behind the counter, maybe a bit better care and attention to the sanitary details of the store could be looked after first.

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They put signs up for promos that they offer then when you go to pay they say the promo is longer effective.There are signs all over the store that say the energy drink I wanted was 2 for $5 then the guy at the till says he can’t give it to me for that price. And seeing another review on here, seems like it’s something they do often. Don’t waste ur time going to this store, they’re cheap liars.False advertising and horrible service. Never returning again.7 eleven can have my business instead.

Arrogant and ignorance are the words to describe Management and staff at this store. I have been in a few times and each time I was met with incompetence by the staff and excuses from management. The latest incidence involved an employee berating me over the price of two cans of energy drink that was clearly marked for sale at 2 for 5 and the employee told me he would not sell it to me at that price bc it wasn't in the system. I will inform the manufacture and wholesaler that this store won't sell there product at there indicated price. I live in the area but will not patronize this business any further. I will encourage everyone I know to avoid this business. I have lived in Calgary 50 years and have not encountered a business with such disregard for people. I think this is why 7-11 went out of business here as it seems they sold out to the same type of management and staff. You cant run a business arguing with customers. Boycott this business as it does not reflect any values I believe we hold in this community for respect and goodwill towards others.
