Some of the staff are great and always eager to help. In the past there have always been a few negative staff who ruined the experience for me by not helping at all or interrupting a transaction- rude by any standards. Hopefully the negative staff have been re- trained or removed because even a non-profit business is still a business and should treat respectful clients and customers with respect in return. I am also hoping the newest manager, who I have met makes the difference because it is a great cause. Women in Need, people in need.. speaks for itself.

I had gone to the shop on Sunday, hoping to take advantage of the student discount that was advertised. However, I was disappointed when the cashier didn't offer the promotion, and I only noticed the discount sign later on. Sadly, when I politely asked if there was any possibility of reimbursement and purchasing again with the discount, she declined.Adding to the disappointment, the stand had mentioned that each glass cost $1, but with a special offer, two glasses would cost $0.50 each. Regrettably, I realized too late that she charged me $1 for each glass instead. It's disheartening to see that despite Wins' mission to support women, the experience was marred by the behavior of a disrespectful and arrogant staff member.

Well arranged goods made it quick and easy to find what we were looking for. Furniture quality a bit higher than what you often find in a thrift store.

All thrift stores have raised their prices and this store has too. But I think it's cheaper than VV so it's definitely worth a visit.

Annette was incredibly rude and clearly not fit to be in customer service. She didn’t greet me at the counter, the only thing she said to me was barking out my total. Take her away from customer facing roles.

We have been coming to WINS for 14 Yeats now. It's a great place to donate to as well as shop. Unlike Value Village and Goodwill this is a not for profit shop.
