I’m not commenting on the actual service… I’m commenting on the wait system. I went on Friday and received a text to say my rep was ready. When I got there, within 60 seconds of the text, no one was available. After watching me circle, the booth a number of times, looking for the person who called me, a rep told me that he was working with a walk-in customer who only had a quick question. I also had a quick question. I waited five minutes and then left. Today, I went back and registered only to find out I was 26th in line and there was no way to get out of the line as I didn’t have 2 1/2 hours to wait.

Sales rep was not only unhelpful but rude. I asked him if I could cancel the contract within 10 days (as per my understanding of the consumer laws), he said "Can you tell me why you want to cancel?". I left the kiosk fast without signing any contract!

Representative was good but she was in rush & seems like she wasn’t interested to go through the details properly & wanted to get rid from us ASAP. I guess she had to deal with some family members or friends who didn’t go through the line and wait time. We had to wait for almost two hours to get our turn. So our overall experience was just ok.

Long Wait times due to Black Friday, but very well managed. Vipul helped us get the devices that we wanted at the best possible price. He went above and beyond in taking care of us.

It was my first ever visit to Costco phone booth although I am Costco enterprise member almost a decade. I should admit Costco's service is awesome.Vipul helped my daughter to decide on a new Samsung phone and a suitable plan.He has good sales skills and we ended up changing two existing plans and getting a new line with a new phone. He was polite and professional while conducting a sale for Costco. Thanks Vipul.

I would recommend seeing Kiran at this location. She is very knowledgeable about wireless products and does her best to look for as much discounts as possible. She is patient and doesn’t rush you out. I purposely go to this location for my cell phone needs because of Kiran.

Hello,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received today at your Casco store the salesman Sahib while attempting to pre-order an iPhone for my son.Upon my arrival, I patiently waited for 18 minutes before a salesman Sahib finally attended to me. I was informed that I needed to scan and was promised a message once the he was ready. Subsequently, I received a message stating that I was next in line, which I took as a sign of progress.However, my frustration grew as I returned to the wireless kiosk and had to wait again, nearly until 7:50 PM. Sahib finished helping another customer, asked me to wait once more so that he could assist a different customer who wanted to pre-order. This left me feeling disheartened and overlooked. Not only was I not consulted about my needs, but I had also been waiting longer than the other customer who arrived later.I expressed my dissatisfaction with this situation, emphasizing that I had been first in line and that my specific requirements had not been addressed. To my dismay, He briefly glanced at another lady and then rushed through my order, neglecting to ask me about the desired storage capacity (GB) for the phone. The only question posed was about the color preference, and the order was placed hastily.I must admit that the service I received today was far from satisfactory. It left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I believe that my concerns were not given the attention they deserved. As a result, I have decided to call tomorrow to cancel my order and seek an alternative source for the iPhone purchase.I trust that you will take my feedback into consideration and make necessary improvements to ensure a more positive and customer-centric experience for others visiting your store. They offered me an offer in the morning. I went in the evening to buy the phone and they wont honour their own offerThey said the guy who gave the offer haven't been here longer than the other person I met in the evening. Absolutely ridiculous and at the same time super dumb. Go to this place ONLY if you have no where else to go, my 2 Cents.

Kiran was extremely helpful. She was patient and explained the price breakdowns very clearly. She helped our family of 5 get set up with new phones and reccomended the best phones with the best deals. Great help from her!
