The girl is sarcastically RUDE(i didnt get her name) The way she communicates is NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! unlike the other guy I used to talked to .not my first time there to got a service! But the guy was not there HOPE SHES NOT THERE WHEN I COME BACK!!

The customer service is excellent. We had an issue with a screen protector and it was changed out for us with no problem. They had a bit of a supply issue but we put ourselves on a list and they let us know when it was available. And everything went smoothly. Highly recommend the lovely people who run it!

Out of all the phone repair places I've ever taken my phone to get fixed, this by far is the best place I've been to. They do what they can and go above an beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend this phone repair service over others and the reason why is because of how I was taken care of after my phone was too damaged to be fixed. They made it super affordable for me to walk out with a phone instead of nothing at all. From this point forward this will definitely be my go to place when I need an electronic device repaired...
