If you need an excuse to not use Wireless Wave when signing up for a cellphone plan, please read the review I left on their south centre location. Genuinely the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. It's a horribly mismanaged company that does not care about customer relations whatsoever. Do not EVER use visit any Wireless Wave stores.

I would give a negative star if I can, i had incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff member I dealt with was impolite, rude and dismissive. Lack of professionalism. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience for others. Until then, I strongly don't recommend this location

We paying for the things and we didn’t get a chance to use their benefits.. i purchased the screen protector for my phone before 2/3 months.. and it has a warranty to replace that glass if it’s broken for any reason within the year of purchase… i paid 47$ for this shitt.. and today on 29 December i’m going there for replacement, there is same guy the name is VATSAL from i buy this glass and he told me to come back after 4/5 days in the new year because he has a lots of customers at that time… i do respect of your business.. you have to told me to wait 30mins instead of saying that i’ve to coming back after 5 days… whyyy i’m coming forward to you in the future broo ?? You think i’ve that much of time for you?? I’m coming today and you didn’t replace it so why am i coming after 5 days ? Bro do business with honours this is your duty to how handle all customers, that’s doesn’t mean that once customer buy anything from you then after you forget how to handle them in future if they are coming back by any reason…

The man working was quick and efficient in general just knew his stuff. Had me set up and ready to go within 20 minutes any other place I went to upgrade always took close to 45 min by the time they finished getting all set up and signed the paperwork. Will definitely go back.

Don’t fall for their scam Policies!I bought an iphone 13 when it was new. I was told that 50$ of some service fee will redunded back, which never did!Additionally They made me buy screen protector saying it has lifetime warranty, just come and share your phone number and we will do it!When i went back they are asking for the box packaging of the protector which was never mentioned!So be careful while doing a purchase!

Completely unprofessional, within the last week multiple situations have happened where they have shown they don’t know how to do business. Rauli and russel I believe are their names. My husband and I have gotten new phones multiple times and this time we’ve waited a week with them saying they will call us back and never do we call them. Then when I say it was unprofessional they blame it on Rodgers, Rodgers has nothing to do with you give information your customers a call back like you said you would.

Had a very bad experience the representative Khurram and the Manager Raj at the booth in Sunridge Mall.Raj was very arrogant and rude as well. He as a Manager can do better with his attitude, and also be very open about the benefits a client could get when coming to Fido.The other representative we had to deal with, pertaining to the same purchase , is Khurram, who was replacing Raj the day we were supposed to take delivery of our product.He was just as rude and wouldn’t let us talk and kept talking himself. They both have the worst attitude in customer service as per our experience!!Would not recommend going there at all !!!!
