Went in to get my winters and an alignment, took them 3 and a half hours to do that. Then they over charged and to top it off, even after we discussed it and clearly said that the 2 bad tires where to be thrown out they snuck them in my trunk and didn't notice till a few days later when I went to put stuff in the trunk. I didn't say anything about the first two problems but the last one was the straw that broke the camels back and I had to say something.

Fixed an alignment issue that a previous shop was not able to fix. Was also charged less than the other shop. That counts as two pluses for this shop in one trip.

Hello everyone, guys, I want to share a review about the service, it’s just terrible, I would not recommend this service to anyone, the mechanic is not responsible, he asked for a lot of money for an issue that he did not even solve, he just demands money for everything he wants and then threatens not to give you the car if you do not pay him. In addition he’s just trying to block real reviews from real people that he doesn’t like, and asks his friends to leave good reviews, as I belive no one goes to him except them

Frustrating experience. James took advantage of my lack of knowledge and misunderstanding, leading to unnecessary charges and unresolved issues with my car. I do not recommend this shop.

You are the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Treat your customers well it’s definitely not about you. You just want make money whenever you see a chance. I can’t believe that you did whole inspection in 5 min, which supposed to be 2 hours. That only confirms you don’t inspecting vehicles properly. You decided to nitpick to the ball joint which I’m sure are worst in most cars in Alberta.
What are you talking, I understand you tried to defend yourself, but you are just a lier. We didn’t say any word that we will call to police. You just ran away to your box after our conversation and somehow heard our call. We just patiently wait outside at the other side of parking lot, lol.

I don’t know who leaves these reviews, probably fake generated or paid accounts. Here is my honest review
I needed out of province inspection. Mechanic didn’t explain me any conditions and terms of service and didn’t ask to pay for service at the beginning. He started to do service without noticing me. He took a look and it took 5 min for him and then he tried to charge me. When I asked him for what you are charging me, he got mad and started yelling at me. He threatened me if I won’t pay, he won’t give me a car back and flat my tires and possibly do damage for my car (who knows, as he is mechanic and could take some parts from my vehicle). He hold my car whole day and left me without the car while I was waiting for police. When police officer arrived he didn’t help us. He mostly help that mechanic, to pay for his unexplained service because the shop won’t give me a vehicle back.
Moreover when I started my vehicle the engine made weird noise, like squeaking which I never heard before.

I recently took my car to Worry Free Auto Service for repairs, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the initial assurance of high-quality service, the repair work was subpar. My car continued to have the same issues even after the supposed repair, and I was charged an amount that did not reflect the quality of work provided.

The service is really awful, I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go here, high prices relative to competitors, there are much better services not far from them, read reviews before coming here and losing your money. He will write again that this is a fake review and asking Google to remove it, but no, I am a real person and this is my real review. He charged me $320 for part without labor price, while the average price of this part on market is $30, the highest one is $50

James is the most trust-worthy mechanic I have ever dealt with. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to him for years. He is fair priced, very knowledgeable, and as stated before, completely honest and trust-worthy.

I don't ever leave google reviews, but James at Worry Free Auto is one of the most professional, and one of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with in the city, and I've dealt with many! I brought my 1999 Lexus LS400 to his shop, James and his colleague diagnosed my car and made sure to resolve the issue I was dealing with, and had the car running as if it came straight off the lot. His prices were extremely fair, and he took the time to explain everything that was done, why it was done, and also provided recommendations. I had a mechanic previous to James that I was dealing with for many years, but I can happily say that any future work that my vehicles require will be brought to James as this man knows what he's doing, and care about his customers!
