Company apologize
The company did apologize for the wrong address and refunded my shipping cost. I haven't ordered from them again, but I did want to update that they did try to make it right.

First time ordering from them. I gave them the correct shipping address. However they gave the delivery company the wrong address. I had to leave my warehouse, to go track down my missing package. Do better. NOT IMPRESSED. Update. Company did refund shipping, apologies and said it was human error basically a typo. Willing to except but still wasn't happy at the time.

Good place to shop if you have a retail store, alot of affordable products keeping the expenses down at your business.They also have a great team with awesome customer service.

Wow. Nothing like walking into an empty showroom and being ignored by the person behind the till for 15 mins before you finally walk back out.

Have been going there for years.. mostly for plastic bags for the business, and other items at Christmas time.. have always had very good customer service. Only complaint I have is that they say they have a system that keeps the credit card on file, and it has been changed or updated on 3 occasions, so I've had to call and set it up 3 times. We have an employee pick up the orders for the store and they dont have the credit card. Otherwise it's been a pleasure to shop there

I would suggest better customer service and more selection. They are usually low in stock . More friendly atmosphere required, it would be better to have robot helping at the front desk than the lady.
