CSS provided extraordinary service in our recent move! Can’t recommend them enough!
They really made the move easy, even when we keep making changes to what was needed from what was originally discussed.
They were so accommodating to all our requests and no request was too hard for them!
For example, even thou it wasn’t originally planned, they disassembled the desks and set them back up in the new space.
Once all the future was assembled, we realized we had too much furniture for the space. CSS took the extra furniture for temporarily storage in their warehouse (cheaper than renting a storage unit).
Finally, they fixed a few little furniture issues before they left.
I would recommend and use the CCS team for any office move. They removed the stress of moving – thank you.

Outstanding customer service. Only needed a few small items to repair a filing cabinet. The parts were very reasonable and waiting for my pickup a day later. Very impressed from start to finish.

I needed some help disassembling an office chair without damaging it and replacing the cylinder. It turned out that my existing cylinder was not damaged and CSS didn’t charge me anything to take it apart, clean it up and inspect it. It’s so refreshing to have that kind of service. This company understands customer service - they can count on me to be a customer for life now!

CSS was instrumental to my organization when Alberta experienced its first COVID-19 lockdown. Knowing we had to immediately alter our waiting room furnishings and quickly find seating options that were easily sanitized and mobile, CSS came to the rescue. The staff were easy to communicate with, intuitively knew what we needed, found the products that fit with our requirements and then delivered with all of the professionalism and ease that we could ask for. We used CSS Office Solutions to move offices. They were amazing. They brought a great crew to lift and move desks, file cabinets and boxes. They were efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again.

When COVID restrictions hit, I had to make some fast decisions about our waiting room furniture as it was plush fabric (very absorptive). I called CSS based on some great recommendations and asked them if they could help. Within an hour, they came back with some hard back chair solutions that could accommodate pregnant women. The rental fee was very reasonable and they delivered the next day. The delivery guys were masked and polite. I highly recommend CSS, polite, very helpful and reasonably priced.

Bought some second hand standing desk hardware to convert my existing desk 5 months ago! Best upgrade I ever made, they were super helpful and made sure my tabletop was compatible. Still holds up great.

I recently had to do a phone order to order some items for my home. Even though the office is wheelchair accessible from the back, I thought it would be easier if I would just call, I spoke to Justin L and he helped me with everything I needed. I was not wanting to make the trip to go all the way there and be in the cold. He was so knowledgeable and so understanding about all my questions. I felt so confident with Justin and was very pleased with my purchase. I totally recommend to have this guy be your salesperson. A definite asset to any company and am glad he works for CSS. I already told everyone about him and that they should go see him for all their office furniture needs.

I went into CSS looking for some good quality furniture for my office at home and I met with Justin Liscomb. I could tell that he has value for all his costumers and he treated myself and my office needs with great respect and value and he provided amazing customer service.It went fantastic and I got everything I needed from this establishment. Went down and bought some "new to us" furniture from CSS. The experience was great and they have EVERYTHING. I'll be swinging back to get some new pieces for our office soon. They have new and used which I didn't know. Way better to deal with than any office furniture place I have been to.
