I do not know why they open a nail shop while they do not have the appropriate art to do so. I ask the technician to design tulip flower and she creates disaster of intersection of lines!

I’m hesitant to even leave this review since the owner seems to reply saying they watch the footage and try to invalidate your experience, but here I am anyways. I’ve been going to Wynn nails for years and have always been happy with the service- (I’ve ALWAYS tipped 15-18% or higher). But I got a new set that did not match my past experiences here. To start off, I showed my nail tech what I wanted and she changed the design without telling me and when I asked she said “I created a new design for you.” Okay whatever! I left it alone and decided to trust her judgement. Then she asked if I wanted gold or silver for the star design, I said gold and she said let’s do a mix. I’m more than happy to accept suggestions from a nail tech, but why ask me if you’re just going to decide for me??? She also used chrome for a design and knew that they looked sloppy but she seemed like she was trying to hide my nails from me and put them under the UV so I wouldn’t notice. Just before she was going to put a top coat on I stopped her and asked her if she could clean it up a bit. She said she understood where i was coming from and tried to clean them up but then proceeded to not do the same for my other hand. I’m not saying I hate my nails but it’s disappointing to pay $90 for a service just to not get what you ask for and at the very least have straight lines that look clean. Not sure if I’ll be back but if I do it will have to be with a different nail tech.

Can I say it here? OMFG
I was looking for someone within a 15km radius to take care of an #ingrown toe nail. The pedicure was really good, no one needs to see the aftermath of that. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as well. The image attached is a battle axe ingrown nail that they took out of my foot. Usually people post pretty nails, but no one posts about the joy and relief that is also provided.
I am extremely happy as I can walk without pain now. Thank you so much ladies.

I usually never leave reviews, let alone negative ones.
But today I had to, This place used to ba amazing, have been going here for a while, not sure what happened but of late everyone seems new and confused, if you have curved nails don’t even bother going there; no one knows how to work on them. And will give you a hard time, almost like nail shaming if that’s a thing! Today the tech made my finger bleed while filing a nail, she felt sorry and apologized, but then another tech came and was like oh cos you have curved nails! Like learn to do your job on all types of nails maybe?
