Excellent service. The employees are kind in their treatment. Reasonable prices. The quiet and cleanliness of the office is great. There is free coffee in your restroom until the workers finish changing the oil. Thank you.??

This place is a joke and they don't care about customers. They only care about the money. I took my truck there to change the oil and they splash oil all over my truck and they did not clean it. I went home and I parked my truck at the garage and I paid to much money to fix my garage and in the morning I found oil all over under my truck. I went back to talk to them and I spoke with the MANAGER PAM. And she told me nothing we can do. Just get cat litter and clean ur garage. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me management will be in touch with you. And I never heard back from them. So I don't recommend this place to anyone.

They installed the wrong oil in my car and were difficult when i went back to have it fixed. I got my oil changed there and specified that i wanted 5w 30 oil, this is the manufacturer recommended oil for my vehicle. I noticed after that they put in 0w 20, that is not recommended even for cold weather. I went in the next day do get it changed and the guy in the pit said he would not change it and that it was a better oil and overall tried to brush their mistake under the rug saying i didnt know what i was talking about. The lady there was nice and got it sorted in the end but they were really pushing to get me out of there without fixing it

They were great at one time but no more.And by the way, their car wash sucks as well.I think they changed owners but not sure.They no longer even have a decent, easy to find website . . .probably to save money.No Social Media profiles either.Probably scared of all the negative commentsthat I see here on Google Reviews.I have been using them for at least 15 yearson my 3 domestic vehicles for oil changes.I am a "car guy" and know my brands of oil and filters.They carried and still carry Castrol Motor Oilwhich is a good, recognized brand of oil.Been using this oil for decades.In the past, they have always had good, brand-namePurolator filters which I specifically requested on all my oilchanges.Went there last week for my usual oil change and as always,I specified a Purolator oil filter and asked to see the actual filter.To my surprise, the tech brought up a FRAM oil filter.Anyone who know automotives, knows that FRAM filters are absolute garbage . . . but they are cheap.IT IS ALWAYS ABOUT THE MONEY!I politely asked them to install a Purolator filter like they alwayshave in the past.They said they no longer carried Purolator filtersand only carry FRAM now.I politely asked them if I could supply my own oil filter and continue to get all my oil changes done at Xpress Lube.They flat out said NO . . . company policy.Well, they had not dropped the oil or removed the filteryet so I politely asked them to close the hood andtold them I would not be back.On top of that, I decided to check the oil filterson my wife's SUV and mine.To my great disappointment, they both had FRAM filterson them that they installed on my last two oil changes that were done there AFTER SPECIFICALLY ASKING FOR Purolator filters.Total loss of TRUST!They did not even have the decency to tell me they did notuse Purolator oil filters and just installed FRAMs without saying a word assuming I would never check.Not a good business practice.I am not impressed and they have lost a long-time customerwith 3 vehicles . . . all to make a few extra dollarsusing GARBAGE FRAM OIL FILTERS and not allowing a customer to supply their own filters.Canadian Tire even told me . . ." bring in your own oil and/or filter"and they will change it for me for a reasonable charge.They don't even care if you buy the oil and filter from them or not.So, guess what, I now buy the oil I prefer when it is on saleand the matching good quality filter from Canadian Tireand get it changed there.Cost is actually a few dollars less than Xpress Lube wasand I get exactly the oil and filter I want.I sincerely hope Xpress Lube reads this post and maybelearn what it takes to keep long-time customers.They also charged my wife $40.00 for an air filterwhich retails anywhere for $15.00.Yes, I understand businesses have to make money and they have overhead but this is unacceptable IMHO.

Been coming here for years for self serve car washes. Today I came to get a self serve car wash. I put in a toonie and the machine took it but the pressure washer didn’t start it. I went to the office to ask what’s going on and ask for a refund, but I was told there will be no refund and I should just move to a different bay. I am very disappointed from the service that’s being provided here at this place and how they conduct business here. I will probably not return back here again.

Just had a car wash and put a loonie in and it worked then went to put another loonie and machine ate it. Went to the office and they said their are no refunds. I have been coming for years here first time this happened but the answer that their are no refunds for your machine to eat the money is absurd. Hope it helps other people in the future. Will never be coming back again. This is not how you do business.

I recently visited Xpress Lube for an oil change, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they took great care of my vehicle.

The girl in the office was very helpful. I had a problem she promptly called the owner and got me a solution for my problem. Great service.

I purchased a 2009 BMW X3 from Country Hills Auto and they said the vehicle just had an oil change prior to purchase. There was a sticker on the windshield from Xpress Lube showing the mileage for the next oil change. I changed the oil and filter close to the recommendation. When I changed the oil filter, I discovered that it was improperly installed and subsequently crushed. In accordance to their sticker, they were the last ones to do the oil change. Here are pictures of the filter upon removal.Hopefully it was still properly filtering the oil.

I went to get a quick car wash the other day and paid $15 for a nice one. I drove into the tunnel and waited. And waited. And waited. After about 20 minutes I figured that nothing would be happening and that it must be broken. I went to the front counter to get my money back where there was a sign posted that no refunds will be given. I ignored it as this was their issue and not user error. The lady at the front was incredibly rude and would not give me my refund. And just kept saying “you took a risk” but lady, your car wash should be working. I’m a university student and on a tight budget. Don’t have $15 to throw around. But more then that she was incredibly rude. Will never return.

Usually go to Mobil Lube but it was closed so I chose to go here, fast service, same price range. I was surprised on how quick it was done. A very professional team. I think this is gonna be where I’ll be going from now on to get my oil change done.

The post covid world has really changed the idea of customer service, even when you are a loyal customer for over 15 years. It's not specific to xpresslube, many business's have also followed suit with not letting customers use their washroom. It's very disturbing to me. Taking your money is all that matters anymore. Sadly, I will no longer use this shop for my oil changes. Hopefully we can get back to a place of civility again sometime soon.Service: Oil change
