The staff at Zaks Eatery Market are very friendly and respectful, and the variety of groceries they have is excellent. Their bread is also great — when it’s fresh.
However, every time I’ve eaten food from here, it’s been very disappointing. The food is never fresh, and even when you ask, they always say it’s freshly made — but once it arrives, it’s clear it’s been reheated. Unfortunately, this really hurts their reputation and loses customers.
I’ve tried their food several times, hoping it would get better. Even after I mentioned it to them before and they apologized, there’s been no improvement. Sadly, today I finally decided to leave this review.

Such a nice place to shop for your daily needs, international foods and spices, they have coffee, kabobs as well. Having a coffee and shop is fun. They also over private event for gathering.

I found absolutely everything I wanted in this store! Since I'm originally from Azerbaijan, it was such a delight to find all our favorite spices and everything we love right here in this shop. I'm absolutely amazed by how polite, pleasant, and helpful the staff are. Everything is just wonderful, and I recommend this store to everyone. It truly deserves to be the biggest and best in our area of Calgary. It’s just fantastic!

Halal shop. They sell halal food at a very affordable price and there is also a restaurant on site. The place is very clean.

Since relocating their store has become bigger, more professional, and all-around great place to shop! I highly recommend coming here for groceries and butchered meat. The meat is very good quality; they have a wide variety and the meat is always cleaned well. There's no heavy smell of meat in the store and the staff is very friendly. The chicken is tender and the meat is always very flavourful; great prices for such high quality meats! This is my go to place for freshly butchered meat, and it's great to buy in bulk and freeze.

Grocery is ok. Things that I bought and opened at home are either not usable or do not work properly. The only good thing is that the female staff are really nice.
