While browsing the recent restocked offerings, the new hire popped out from behind the counter asking if I needed help with anything. Keep in mind, as a regular, the regular staff know me and what I'm looking for. But to hire someone new to the community, that has the customer service initative to ask whether or not I need a hand looking for something, is impressive.
Clearly the hiring manager knows their priorities, and the pleasant surprise today speaks volumes about our favourite establishment and why we frequent it. There is a reason I stick to this establishment. Good old, country, small town hospitality and premier customer service.”

“Always clean and friendly. My latest visit saw a playoff draw for an orange McDavid jersey. So much variety! This time I noticed lots of shelf talkers, mamma likes deep discounts. I like the safety shield at the till & it looks like they are fundraising with chocolates at the till. When McDonalds opens across the parking lot, my guess is that they will have to expand.”
