“I recently moved here from Vancouver Island and I did not go to pro hardware if there was anywhere else that I could go because of the horrible and often rude service.I thought that was just the way pro hardware was but given that the nearest Home Depot is a 45 minute drive away I decided I would give it a try here and was extremely pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by Michelle who is extremely friendly and helpful.Every time I have gone there everyone has been friendly and helpful and it is generally very easy to find someone to get help if you need it.Vancouver Island pro hardware 0/5 Stars. Cardston pro hardware 5/5.Thanks Michelle for being so bubbly and helpful and giving me such a fantastic first impression. As an added bonus they actually have a wide variety of things and almost anything you do not see they can generally quickly order it in or if it's something bigger like lumber or insulation it's all hidden in the warehouse out back. I quickly found out if I don't see something just ask someone.Again everything from the younger and newer employees to the clearly more long timers are fantastic. I'm sorry to go on like this but it is so incredibly different than most of the pro hardware's I went to on Vancouver Island. (This one is incredibly larger also). The prices also seem extremely competitive and I don't have to take a 90 mile round trip. They also have great sales on and their flyeris definitely worth checking out.BTW no I do not work there it is just that I went in there having such low expectations based on my previous experiences and got so much the opposite.”
“not quite the depth of inventory you would find in the big city but still more tha adequate ,one thing my big city builder friend was impresed by was the quality of the lumber”
