“I often travel between Edmonton & Cochrane. I always take the three Cs to avoid Calgary traffic. The cool thing about the Shell station in Carstairs:
- Everything super clean
- Joanne was super friendly
There is a huge lack of customer service these days. It is all over-promise and under-deliver. Nice to see an exception. I'll make a point of stopping at that Shell every time I go through Carstairs.”

“Typical Fas gas pump. Old. Professional service. Clean washroom for customers. Small convenience store as well. Lot of Commerical development and Construction in the area around the gas station. About 30-40 min drive from Calgary. Cannabis store next door.”
