“My friend bugged me for over a year to try this gym and I kept refusing because I hate working out in typical gyms. I finally relented and tried a couple of classes and was blown away by how much I enjoyed it! The work outs were challenging but not over the top difficult - as a newbie I didn’t feel pressured to be anything I wasn’t - and interesting. The trainers were professional, attentive and motivating and the atmosphere was fun and left me feeling very inspired. My only regret is that it took me so long to try this gym!!”

“It's an okay gym.. has the essentials to have a good workout for your overall muscles. if you live around the chestermere area this is the only option as far as an actual gym that is at least within 5-10km radious. The cleaning lady becomes a bit of a hazard with that vacuum cord all over the place and the noise it generates. she keeps the gym very clean though.I hope at some point they remove that old purple carpet from the studio and replace it with rubber flooring. and please fix the pec fly machine.. it has been broken for a while now.. this is a small gym and fixing equipment should not take that long..”
“I’ve been a member since the gym first opened, and I truly can’t imagine training anywhere else. Through every injury and setback — from TOS and FPAES to even a broken ankle — the coaches have been nothing but supportive, adaptable, and encouraging. They’ve modified workouts right after surgery, kept me moving safely, and never made me feel limited. This isn’t just a gym; it’s a community that meets you where you’re at and helps you become stronger in every sense.”
