Went in for free slurpee day with the family from 7am-11pm on 07/11. Showed up to a handwritten sign saying free slurpee is over, staff said they were out of small cups, but would not let us use the other small cups for coffe/pop nor let us fill the medium halfway without charging for medium. Was pretty disappointed as I got the text reminding me to go as I am a rewards member. Big thumbs down on the whole thing.

rudest non verbal interaction with a gas station attendant ive ever had, asked for a receipt and bag, got the bag but thrown towards me and made to put my stuff in the bag and she immediately went on her phone while i put my items in the tossed bag

Been going to this 7-11 for a while now. Probably filled up there about once a week. Their pumps frequently had problems with my card (everywhere else works fine) but I didn’t worry, because “meh, I can go inside and talk to a person”. Anyways, today I decided to stop by for just a car wash as my car was getting pretty dirty and the ice and snow was starting to pile up around the wheels. Went through, and there was quite a bit of ice and dirt left lodged in the wheel wells. No worries, I thought, I’ll just ask if I can go through again. Went in to tell the staff, expecting no trouble, and the individual (I won’t call him a gentleman) decided he had to come out and see my car for himself, and then gave me a snide remark about how its a “car wash, not an ice scraper”. Sorry that’s lousy customer service. The fact he came out, tells me he has the authority to let me go through again (I figure one more time would have done it), it would have cost the station next to nothing, and created a happy customer. Instead he decided to be rude, and treat me like an idiot. Sorry, won’t be going back and will direct everyone I know to stay away.

This was the last time getting gas from this location. It always holds funds on accounts and then the pump breaks. So you may have $100 you can’t access for 48 hours because of their faulty Esso pumps. I’ve always used Shell without an issue. Terrible customer service and they even hold funds on a debit card.

absolutely disgusted in the customer service i received at this location.walk to the cashier never once did he look at me was to busy talking on his phone well scanning my items.

I attempted to purchase cigarettes from Amber and after simply asking if they had any, I was met with a rude response stating that “the way I asked the question was wrong”. I presented my ID and they scoffed, finally after staring at it for a little bit they switched up and told me they did in fact have cigarettes. Very rude service, confused as to how one could possibly ask a question incorrectly.
