“We discovered this garage thanks to the positive reviews here and mentions about how Lou have gone the extra mile for people who were on route to the mountains on holidays.
First interaction with Lou was through their website where they explain clearly what is included in their oil and maintenance service. Their estimate was very competitive.
After arranging the appointment for the same week, they work on the car as scheduled.
For some additional work that'll have to be done at a later date, they were clear about the reasons, provided photos and pros and cons of two different estimates. This quote seems fair and, again, competitive.
I am glad we have found this garage. Hopefully we will visit rarely, but we wish them the best.”
