“This review is for Madison Bujold who was assisting me today. I had an appointment with her today and would like to commend her on her professionalism, politeness and knowledge. She provided clear guidance and support which was much appreciated.
On the other hand, the lady that was called in to the appointment midway, Vicky Ji, to assist with some things, was horrendous. She ignored, dismissed, and insulted me and proceeded to make conversation with my husband one on one for the entire duration. When I did speak up, she cut me off and spoke over me even louder. I have left a review for her at her branch in Calgary (highlighted on her business card).
I wanted to write this review for Madison, who was extremely professional, helpful, respectful and answered all my questions with clarity. I felt a lot better after the other lady left and I was able to continue my appointment with Madison.”
