“I was never a fan of Scotiabank back in the day, but I've been blown away by how great they are to deal with lately. The customer service at the Cochrane branch is second to none. Friendly, long term tellers that really know what they are doing, and usually shorter lines than other banks because they seem to staff more heavily. I didn't intend to but over the last year I've moved 90% of my banking to Scotia piece by piece. I'm still a big fan of ATB, who are also really great to work with, but Scotia just keep winning more of my business.”
