When I opened up my account there. A half man helped me. He was very very very annoyed at me and people like me. Usually it’s white folks who I get this treatment from. But from a black man? Deceptive work of Kinjal Parikh, who gave us the wrong information regarding an important money exchange for us. Oops, a 3,000CAD mistake! On top of that zero accountability, zero apologies and gave us attitude. The management should remind him he represents the Bank when he works with us.

Having worked at BMO years ago I know what the standard for good service is and I generally only receive good service here from one lady who works a this branch. I booked an appointment to discuss RESPs online and had to rebook, emailed the person I had an appointment with and they never followed up again to rebook or anything. I've gone in on Saturdays when they say they are open and there's a sign that says they can't do any banking transactions - what's the point? Why be open then? This is the only BMO in town and it's pretty difficult to get much done here.

I’ve only seen people working here twice during business hours. Most days the gates are closed to the tellers well before close.Or hours may differ sign vs when they are actually open. It’s very frustrating to show up mid day when you’re suppose to be open and no one’s there.

Useless, incompetent doesn't even begin to describe the runaround we experienced from this branch. Highly unhelpful and bizarre. The Crowfoot branch told us we could go to ANY branch to resolve a 600 dollar estate account from my dad. We went here, coordinating our of town sibling presence but they didn't have a clue and btw they say they are unable to call another branch to speak to the people in the know. Apparently even they get to the BMO useless helpline so can't even call another branch. We provided probate, death certificate, will, all information, finally filling out a form but we're further stonewalled. When we went in again with a letter requesting the transfer and signed by all parties we were told the letter needed to have a letterhead.(Do you even begin to be kidding.) Also btw, my sister was the only one in the bank but the person who said the letter needed a letterhead was unfortunately unable to look up the bank account either. Really? What a joke. Cancelling my BMO credit card and going elsewhere.

I lost money in an ATM machine up north… customer service tells me I have to go to my branch, which I did, branch tells me I have to deal with the customer service. Went back to customer service. And they said I have to go deal with it through my branch…. Not getting any help. Just sending me away. And they never answer their phone at the branch. Left voice mails never got a call back.

Had an issue with credit card fraud. Johny/BMO Team handled the issue expediently. Stellar service
