Went there to grab some wine for dinner and the person behind the counter took forever to come out from the office then they were on the phone e the whole time while I was looking for stuff and even when I went to go pay she stayed on her cell phone the whole time, very poor and rude service and I will not be going back ever!!!!!

my go-to stop when I’m in Cochrane or going to Calgary! Super welcoming and helpful staff and they always have great deals and promos going on! Would recommend to everyone

The Guy working at the till is very rude. I Went there twice same guy was working. No customer service. Prefer to go other stores nearby

Walked in and didn’t get a welcome. Then I spent 5 minutes searching for a product and you would think someone would come and ask if i needed help. Don’t give me service , you will lose your customers.

After being very loyal customers since they opened, buying not only for ourselves but also for special occasions, birthdays, holidays, etc… We have spent a fair amount of money there. So I was very surprised when we went to return some spoiled wine that we bought from them and we’re told they could not do anything. No refund, no return, nothing. In my mind that is horrible customer service and I will not shop there again. Joe’s has our business from now on, they price match and are way better in how they deal with there customers.

After being loyal customers since they opened I was shocked when we bought some spoiled wine from them and they said they would do nothing to help us. Terrible customer service. They have lost us as customers and I would recommend going to Joes instead. They price match and look after their customer.
