Had an issue and was told that the Cochrane store would help with my refund (I was double charged for some boots-honest mistake). I was told at this store that they would not back up their colleagues as they hadn't made the mistake. Very hands off approach to customer service at the expense of the customer.

Great customer service !!Counter attendant rang my clothes In and then told me I could go get a another sweater for free as it was buy one get one free which i knew nothing about there were no signs stating that. That was awesome of her as she could have just rang my stuff in and said thanks have a great day but she told me and I got another sweater for free.Thanks to lady at Marks ?? really appreciate the customer service and for telling me about the sale when you didn't have to !!Happy New Year !!

i accidentally left my boots in the parking lot under my truck, drove off and realized i didn’t have them so i turned around 2 minutes later, as i got back they were gone i went into the store and asked if someone had brought them in, the lady was nice and said nobody did, we posted on social media about them hoping to see if someone picked them up for me, 2 different people said they saw a guy walk into the store after he picked them up to try and return them as his, the lady at the front desk, her name is caroline, said “she new they were my boots” and did nothing about it, they told me they had no responsibility to do anything as they were not current products of the store. they were 170$ boots and i had them for 2 days, i understand not having a need to do anything, but to see a stolen item, after you know they were left in a parking spot, and not doing anything about it, shows the absolute laziest amount of common curiosity and i’d like to think the employees actually care about they products and customers as both were wronged in the last hour, i love shopping at marks for work ware but now i don’t think i will be going back as i can’t trust that i will be taken care of even in the slightest amount

Carolyn was extremely unhelpful and her attitude is terrible. we left timberland boots (that we were trying to return, but they were “too worn in” after wearing them for a day) in the parking lot of marks. a kind person found them and brought them in the store, she said “once they are out of the store they are not our responsibility” and turned the person who was trying to help us out away. awful service and terrible employee definitely wouldn’t want her working in customer service.

Terrible place for returns. Bought a $50 Carhartt hat and it changed colour after sweating a lot after 2 days. They wouldn’t let me return it because they said it wasn’t a manufacture problem. It wasn’t my fault but they said it was. They accused me of bleaching it which I didn’t. Can’t believe the nerve of them. Never shopping there again!

Having men work at what started out as mostly mens quality workwear is a must for this location. Staff seems to be getting more respectful of customers and what they are getting paid for when it comes to serving public.
