“I had my pneumonia vaccination by Ken on September 27th and he was very thorough about asking about the medications I’m on and did I have any reactions from other vaccinations I have had. He informed me about the Shingles Vaccine and when I said I had already had the Shingrix Vaccine he realized it had not been noted in my file so he updated it immediately. Ken was also very sensitive to the fact that I do not like needles. Thank you to Ken and all Two Pharmacy staff for all the kindness, thoughtfulness and care you have given me over the years. “I would like to give a special shout out to the pharmacy assistant Patricya! When it was discovered that my prescription had not been faxed by the clinic she got on the phone today with them and told them to confirm the fax was sent this time since the fax failed last time. Then she took the time to phone to let me know they received the fax and asked what time I would like to pick up my prescription. This was awesome, accommodating and appreciated. I've also had the pharmacists help me when I've had difficultly getting in to see my GP for prescription refills by giving a small supply to get by. On another note, I always get great service from the Beauty team! I've been going to Shoppers for years for a reason. Thank you!”
