The customer service here is great. There was a mistake with my online order and they went above & beyond to fix it. I'm so impressed and happy with how kind the staff were to me when fixing the mistake. Super friendly staff and I'll definitely be back because of them.

Their hot food is absolute trash. We got a honeyhot roasted chicken, 'kitchen' fried rice, onion rings.
Chicken tasted gross, no flavor, super dry & was just drenched in hot sauce. No sweet honey about it. Kitchen fried rice (yes it said that on the label) was hard like rock & super stale. & Same situation with onion rings- hard like rock & stale. I went for dinner at 615, would expect the food to be made fresh. ?? Spent too much for stale garbage food at a supposed to be higher end grocery store.
This place should be called spend more. You don't save nothing here. Overpriced items that is no fresher then going to Walmart to get the same things. Very disappointed in this store, especially this location. I never have this issue to get hot food at any other save-on.

Best experience at a grocery Store Since last 7 years I had been in Canada. Staff was so helpful . And special thanks to Jade the Cashier . She is super nice with customers and help me with my rewards card patiently on a Friday evening that are usually so hectic for the staff. I think store management has to appreciate her for her expectional customer service ...

I’ve been placing online orders more recently and have had a great experience. Today however, I had a small issue with my online order, my romaine lettuce was brown and not in great condition. The store manager Ernie made it right, he even delivered me some fresh Romaine and a bonus treat on his way home from work! Amazing and talk about going out of his way to make this right. Thanks Earnie!

Nice big clean store. Tons of product that they seem to keep moving around to make you look at other stuff while you find what you want. The produce is so-so and the fruits freshness is questionable. I always have to examine each fruit to see if it is good. It is a very pricey store and oftentimes I feel I don't get a good value for my money. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

We always liked the bakery products here and especially the berry pies. We bought a pecan pie and Saskatoon berry pie yesterday and so looked forward to sharing with family.
They were not the usual quality at all.
The pecan pie was mostly gelatin filling and not very much flavour.
The Saskatoon berry pie had a cream bottom filling which I did not notice on the label until after purchase. A few people could not eat it after a taste, rest of us ate very little. There was a very thin layer of berries on top of all the cream filler. The pie had a perfume type flavour.
Both pies were $9.99 and the berry pie was smaller most likely due to the price of berries. In this case there weren't enough berries to make any difference.
Very disappointed with the pies.
