Couldn't use either charger...neither worked. Called their support line...they couldn't get them working either.
Now I have an App with a wallet that I couldn't use.
Wasted a considerable amount of time for nothing.
I'd have rated it a ZERO if that had been an option.
Won't recommend or try to use again
Issue details: Nothing worked. Called Customer Service and they couldn't get the chargers working either. They ultimately designated them as unavailable and in need of service.
Waste of my time
