Because of that issue, though my items were returned, Amazon does not show that the return has started. Amer from the branch went over and beyond to help me find out this issue, and because of this, I managed to get my refund from Amazon. Amer acted very professionally and tried to help me out by digging into the issue in detail. For cases like mine, the Purolator website was of no help, and it requires additional help from the store. I appreciate the help I got from the store and will be making this a go to the local Purolator branch for any of my shipments.”
