Brutal customer service. Staff was too busy visiting with each other or scrolling on their phones to notice me standing at the service area waiting for help. Drive to Calgary and get actual customer service.

This is the worst chek in the Calgary area. Zero pride goes into this store and it shows. I would prefer driving into Calgary. Most of the staff just hangs out at the service shop.

My sister and I went into the store to purchase a specific pair of runners and were
pleasantly served by Edin. What a lovely, polite and hard working young man. Needless to say I bought the shoes because …how could I not?

I personally would rather drive into a Calgary Sport Chek than go to this one in town. I don't know how many times I have left this store feeling frustrated. I physically have a hard time finding an employee who will make eye contact with me or acknowledge my presence in the store. Especially when you want to try something on.

Store was empty and they will not sharpen skates. Was told they have better things to do. No customer service Do Not recommend

Was at the SportChek to purchase shoes and boots for kids. We must of looked at and tried on 10 different pairs and the girl helping us was very polite and pleasant. She kept returning to check on us while helping out other people and being run off her feet. Believe her name was Sheryl, she went above and beyond. Made what could of been a frustrating experience with kids very enjoyable. Great employee!

Staff were extremely rude to me but the other female shoppers were well attended too, I suppose as an Aboriginal male I wasn't welcome in the store and won't be returning

I purchased 300$ worth of product from their store. They wouldn’t give me a bag to put my purchases in. They wanted 2$ for a bag. It was raining outside. Everything I bought got wet. It will be the last time I purchase anything from that store or their affiliated stores. Do better Sport Chek!

We had the sweetest and funniest sales associate named Richard today in the shoe department. He listened well to what I wanted, and I walked out extremely content with my purchase! Richard should get 6/5 stars :)

Headed to the repair center as I had an issue with my ski helmet googles. Kieran promptly handled the issue (minor work for a pro - lol) and had it ready with no charge. Noticed that several staff members were uniformly polite and helpful as well. I will make it my 1st call location now that Lou's is closed. Great job folks!
