I bought a printer at Staples Cochrane. After many, many frustration hours of trying to set it up without success, I took it back. Evan was awesome in problem solving- he was patient and knowledgeable. It turned out the printer was defective. He then helped me get a different brand that works perfectly. Highly recommend...
