Adam and his team make every visit memorable, whether you’re looking for a thoughtful recommendation or just dropping in for one of your favourite picks. Their selection is not only excellent but clearly curated with care.
Their tasting nights are also a must. From Adam’s deep knowledge to the handcrafted local charcuterie plates, it’s one of the best evenings out you can have, especially for the price.
Vinestone is doing things right, and they truly deserve the recognition.

Vinestone Wine Co. is a charming little wine store in Cochrane with a great selection of wines. The staff are knowledgeable and always ready to help you pick the perfect bottle. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, they do offer a small discount if you buy 12 bottles or more, which is a nice perk. Overall, an okay spot for wine enthusiasts!

Great selection of Wine and Craft beer. Not the usual stuff you find everywhere. Staff is really help and friendly. Not super easy access at the moment because of the roads construction, but it is well worth the effort of the extra couples of turns to get there.

Cochrane, you are incredibly lucky to have a place like this! Great selection of beer, wine and more. Such friendly and helpful people. Not to mention events and beer & wine clubs. My new favourite place!

You have to visit this place if you go to Cochrane AB. If you like wines here you can find a great variety even from South America. They also have a small space to rent if you need to make a special event. The staff is super friendly. Super recommended.

We’ve been customers of Vinestone Wine for over 6 years now and every single visit and purchase has been magical.Adam is a TRUE master of customer service and an exceptional sommelier!From our first time walking in and meeting Adam, including him making exceptional wine recommendations, and then him remembering us, our names AND our wine preferences the next time we popped in, to him shipping wine to us while we lived in BC, to attending live in person wine tastings everything about Vinestone is just exceptional.THIS is what customer service and exceptional wine is all about! Without a doubt some of the very best wine, and the very best customer service we’ve EVER had… and that’s a fact!The ONLY place where we can walk in and say “Adam - what are we drinking tonight?” And he nails it every single time. Great selection of wines, spirits and craft beer. We frequently join for ‘Wine Tasting’ nights. Super educational (based on theme) and very satisfying (tipsy) as you get your fair share of tastings as well as a small ‘charcuterie’ to assist with bringing out the best in the wines. Both Adam and Paul are incredibly knowledgeable of their products as well as their other staff members. Be mindful, occasionally when you enter, you’ll be greeted by some very lovely (and large) pups whom will thank you for your patronage. Sometimes there may be a small wine offering to ‘sample’ as you peruse the seemingly endless array of wines and bubbles. Definitely our one stop shop for wine, craft beer and they’re growing selection of whiskies and spirits. Check them out.

This is our GO TO for everything wine. I typically buy a case at a time and ask Adam to choose a selection that he thinks I’ll like. He remembers my favourites and not so favourites. They will ALWAYS have our business! They know their wines!!!!
