Customer service desk old lady was pretty rude~~ I think I spent over 5000 dollars per month, I wanted to get my receipt, she said
Walmart doesn't want to reprint receipts. If walmart doesn't do it then, every company doesn't want to have a business with walmart. We might think about move into other markets.

Former employee here. I worked at this Walmart from October 2021 until August 2022. I do not recommend anyone support this Walmart. My former manager, Donna H., constantly harassed me, always putting me on edge and making me feel uncomfortable at work.
One of the most significant incidents was when a family friend passed away on a Monday, and I received the news on Wednesday that the funeral would be on Sunday. I immediately informed Donna, and she took me into her office to criticize me. She told me how terrible of an employee I was and how I made her job harder because I couldn’t give her two weeks' notice. (By the way, I found out about the death just two days before telling her.)She made me feel like I would never find a real job after graduating college
Another incident occurred when I was working as a greeter. A customer leaving the store had a seizure right beside me. I ran over to customer service to let them know what was going on, and medics later arrived to help him. While they were assisting him, a well-dressed woman, who was leaving the store, became upset because the cart boy stopped her to ask for a receipt for the meat she had purchased. She got extremely mad at me for not stopping the cart boy, even though I was distracted by the person having a seizure less than a foot away from me.
These are just a few of the stories I could share, but I have many more. I just want to say: don't shop at this Walmart. Donna still works here, and the other managers are aware of how she treated me and other employees—and they’re okay with it.

Shame on Walmart for still pushing vaccines after the millions who have & gotten injured! I can't believe they promote this over their P.A.
Walmart is killing smaller shops, pushing death jabs, selling harmful foods that are illegal I'm other countries. Ask yourself why they would do this if it's really all about caring for their customers.

This was a fabulous store before the renovations / NO longer a good store, prices are high, employees cannot speak English or don't give any service... IN January 2024 the price for the Great Value 100 g chocolate bars was $1.00 / they are now $1.48, a 50% increase. This holds true for most products, so much for the Canada Code of Conduct, it allows stores such as Walmart to raise the prices to match other stores, such as Loblaws... 50% increase = total money grab / gouging...

Miss Gail was an incredibly friendly senior greeter, welcoming my children and myself with stickers galore and genuine happiness and kindness. I hope to be greeted by her again! Four the most part staff here are quite friendly

BUYER BEWARE
Placed an order for groceries and noticed afterwards we were charged 73.98 for a bottle of rinse aid. Walmart would not cancel the item and forced me to pay the 73.98. I was not aware the item needed to be shipped from the USA. Called customer service and got a rude person on the phone ended up just giving up and paying the 73.98. Walmart customer service is a disgrace. Walmart needs to take lessons from Amazon.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!
Walmart should teach there employees about customer service. I was there to return an air conditioner which I bought less than a month ago but I didn’t have the receipt with me. I was giving her all the card information and I know they can pull the receipt with that but instead she made all the excuses of not doing it. At the same time I called a walmart in Calgary and they told me they can return it and they will pull out my receipt with the provided information.

Used self checkout and asked to verify on way out of store - refused and told them get lost
Was an employee trying to make a name for himself. Next time I’m calling police
He was harassing more than just me on the way out of store
Was treated poorly and as if was stealing
Even when I had properly scanned and even had another associate resolve a item that was not scanning properly

Had keegan help us with a bike that had many issues with it and he would help us with a smile with everything .even tho he was on his break and we told him it’s ok he insisted on helping us before he rests, what a outstanding employee!!
