One star for the showroom, that was exceptionally clean and beautiful, one more star for very friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately that’s the best rating I can give, I went in to buy a new mattress set, there were only 4 available to purchase that were in stock, and available to take home the day of purchase, all others, would have to wait a week (a little over a week actually, they said 9 days before we’d have a bed) to arrive from Edmonton. Why have such a big show room, if nothing is available?! Why don’t I simply just drive to Edmonton? Delivery is extra, and the prices were simply not affordable for our needs. This wasn’t exactly convenient as we both work long hours and this was our only day to get our bed, we didn’t want to pay the extra amount for delivery and simply bring it home ourselves. Needless to say, the only 4 available did not suit our needs, and were overpriced for the quality of the mattress. I was always under the impression the bonus of shopping at the brick was free delivery, and quick and convenient service, and they would have the items they sell in stock! I was sadly mistaken. We ended up finding our mattress set elsewhere, and didn’t have to wait to bring it home. We had our bed set up that very day. 9 days was simply not convenient for us at all. Sorry brick, but I won’t be back, despite how beautiful the showroom is, there’s no point if you don’t actually have the stuff available. It’s too bad really, I liked a lot of things, but I could have driven to Edmonton myself, and loaded up a mattress and driven back in a single day, yet it takes your store 9 days?! That’s just simply unacceptable.

Terrible experience…nothing comes in on time and its always another excuse.i will never purchase anything there again.very disappointed in the poor customer service.

I have been going back to Lorri at the Brick Cold Lake for various home furnishings and appliances for over a decade. Lorri has always been highly knowledgeable of the various products and options available and has consistently recommended the best option for my particular needs. My recent purchase of a new fridge was no exception. I have never felt pressured to buy or stretch my budget beyond what is best for my situation. This level of care and customer service really makes the difference for me. Would highly recommend.

My experience at the Brick in Cold Lake was exceptional. Kendall Jackson took me to the appliance section. I was looking to buy a fridge and stove. She answered all my questions and helped me find the best deal for my money. I would definitely go back and see Kendall for my next purchases. Thank you, Kendall. ?

Wonderful experience! Lorri was amazing, super helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. She spent an hour helping us find everything we needed and going over all our options.
I highly recommend Lorri if you have any furniture needs or wants she is definitely the lady to go see! Extremely happy with our experience will go back for sure!

My personal experience with furnitures by The Bricks here in Cold Lake was exceptional! Lots of furniture options that’s in a really good quality. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional especially Kayla who did an amazing job assisting us getting the right furnitures that we wanted, she did exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them! Keep it up!

Stopped in the store while passing through town looking for a new mattress. Steve was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable! A day later, we drove an hour and a half back, just to order the bed from Steve - rather than ordering online. The trip back was extremely worth it, and would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to speak to Steve through their process!
