“Update:this is not my grocery store and I only stop here now and then because it's on the way home from work. I've been making more of an effort to go here because usually the customer service is good and the stores laid out so nicely. However today was a rather negative experience. The cashier at the front who I believe his name was possibly Wanda? (I couldn't see the first letter, she had a eastern european accent I believe,) was rather abrupt and rude, and really made me feel like she was rushing me because I was trying to pull up my membership so she could scan the number. As I said I don't shop your regularly, so the app wasn't working properly. She kept insisting I could go to the customer service desk and get it fixed afterwards. When I was still trying to get my app to work while she was packing groceries, she was quite snotty with me about having to move my stuff out of the way so that she could continue to pack the groceries.Her personality was as cold as ice. At the customer service desk I very politely hinted at it when I had to submit my receipt (after finding out to my inconvenience that I was going to have to send the receipt to head office , and would not be getting the points right away.) I mentioned that the cashier had made me feel quite rushed, and the lady at customer service just said nothing. Even when our transaction was completed and I thanked her, she said nothing. I don't know if this is new staffing or just an unfortunate day, but it certainly didn'tCo-op always stands out to me as having the best customer service, and the best produce of any grocery store. I don't shop here that often, simply because it's not as close and convenient as my neighbourhood Sobeys. However, whenever I do, it always makes an impression on me how well-organized the store is, how good the produce is, and how friendly the staff are, (and it seems to be consistent snd every Co-oo.)There was a product that was advertised as being on sale, and it's scanned at a higher price. Without even telling me, the employee that I had asked about the pricing, just cheerfully put it through at the price I thought it was, as the signage was incorrect, (she said only after I inquired. )She did it without question, wherein many other grocery stores would have just said the sign was wrong.Its obvious Co-op places value on customer service, and it shows. Maybe I will make the effort to shop here more often.”

“Friendliest Circle K staff we've encountered. Very patient with my kids counting out their coins to pay for their purchases, the store feels open and clean. We don't go to "circle K" a lot - but we don't avoid coming here for the odd slush (especially when the weather is hot!). It's a smaller parking lot and a vacation-town feel.”
“Been coming to this convenience store from last 5 years, but recent visit shock me what a transformation by the new the owner I mean wow, now the store have everything you ask for(pizza slice, hotdog,beef and chicken samosa,slurpee and coffee machine),lots of selection and variety. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.the quality and presentation of their work are truly outstanding.Impeccable service,highly recommend them.”

“Wow!!! Spotless bathroom!!!Fully stocked shelves with many awesome items!!! The Ice cream is stocked with so many kinds and brands. M&M meals too. Tons of drinks. Lots of low sugar and calorie items. Electrolyte drinks. Even the ginger pick me ups. Everything is overly priced compared to the grocery store, but if you're in a pinch, I'm sure this store will have what you need. Including fresh coffee and friendly service. Keep up the good work ??”

“Got overcharged $100.00. I used the TAP on the fuel machine. I called them and it was a hassle because i had to go there in person again after work. But Jasmina and staff are very nice and gave me refund. Always check your bank statement and keep the receipt especially if you pay on the pump.”

“I ordered delivery from this 7/11 on the night of October 12 2023. It was 11pm when my order arrived and it was awesome. The wings were so hot and fresh, the napkins were neatly placed in a little bag even with some dips for me. The smiley face sticker was so cute. “Great little Circle K location located in Queensland/Deer Run. There is a Husky gas station attached, and a pump to fill your tires at one end of the store.The actual convenience store is a bit small, but they have a good enough variety of products available.The service here has always been quite good for me. The employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient at their jobs. Would definitely recommend if you live in the area!”

“A very complete convenience store, plenty of options for coffee, slush, yogurt icecream, sodas, and all snacks you can imagine.I will for sure go back there it a ESSO gas station and a automatic car wash.Just I leave with a concern wondering if the store had handicapped access, notice there is a parking spot market but no direct access, an option is crossing the drive thru to the store attached but then the ice bags refrigerator is blocking most of the access, I struggle a little bit to cross with a stroller, on the other side saw gas tanks also blocking the sidewalk.”

“The lady working there was so friendly and helpful! I went in to buy a phone charger cable and wasn't sure if it was the right one. She had the same phone and pulled hers out to make sure the charger fits. And she made sure I took my receipt just in case it doesn't work. And she was just genuinely friendly, which is so rare in these types of stores. Great experience!”
