“Update:this is not my grocery store and I only stop here now and then because it's on the way home from work. I've been making more of an effort to go here because usually the customer service is good and the stores laid out so nicely. However today was a rather negative experience. The cashier at the front who I believe his name was possibly Wanda? (I couldn't see the first letter, she had a eastern european accent I believe,) was rather abrupt and rude, and really made me feel like she was rushing me because I was trying to pull up my membership so she could scan the number. As I said I don't shop your regularly, so the app wasn't working properly. She kept insisting I could go to the customer service desk and get it fixed afterwards. When I was still trying to get my app to work while she was packing groceries, she was quite snotty with me about having to move my stuff out of the way so that she could continue to pack the groceries.Her personality was as cold as ice. At the customer service desk I very politely hinted at it when I had to submit my receipt (after finding out to my inconvenience that I was going to have to send the receipt to head office , and would not be getting the points right away.) I mentioned that the cashier had made me feel quite rushed, and the lady at customer service just said nothing. Even when our transaction was completed and I thanked her, she said nothing. I don't know if this is new staffing or just an unfortunate day, but it certainly didn'tCo-op always stands out to me as having the best customer service, and the best produce of any grocery store. I don't shop here that often, simply because it's not as close and convenient as my neighbourhood Sobeys. However, whenever I do, it always makes an impression on me how well-organized the store is, how good the produce is, and how friendly the staff are, (and it seems to be consistent snd every Co-oo.)There was a product that was advertised as being on sale, and it's scanned at a higher price. Without even telling me, the employee that I had asked about the pricing, just cheerfully put it through at the price I thought it was, as the signage was incorrect, (she said only after I inquired. )She did it without question, wherein many other grocery stores would have just said the sign was wrong.Its obvious Co-op places value on customer service, and it shows. Maybe I will make the effort to shop here more often.”

“Foothills foods is the best place to get great chicken and fries. With the best customer service, I've going there for 6 years and will continue to go out of my way to stop in. I highly recommend foothills foods to any and everyone 11/10”

This is the only store where you will get it all at one word while in the opening hours. MUST VISIT is the only word I would recommend as a self experienced customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

After seeing a couple photos on Google reviews I thought it would save a trip to one of the bigger bong and smoke shops. I’m glad I didn’t.Wicked service, and a selection that isn’t quite pictured properly on the previous Google reviews.Not only a fantastic smoke section, but they have an insane selection of imported goods that are very difficult to find other than online. Such as energy drinks!!!Also, the prices are hard to beat!P.S.they have an awesome bird named Coco. He just chills and observes.”

“Attention Forest Lawn. Shake and Bake is now serving food. Just found this out the other day. So later on in the day I called to see about ordering their awesome 6 dollars pizza and a large donair. I called about 8pm. and the owner told me we don't have a menus yet but I will deliver to your house,which was 2 streets over. Omg this was the best pizza I've had. And the donair was Awesome. “This is a pretty good store. I was in grocery for 20 years so I have a general idea of what it's like to be close to head office and your store having to look Immaculate almost all of the time. So this store I would give honestly a 5 out of 5 it had everything in stock and the cashier was helpfulI'll definitely continue shopping at Calgary co-op”

“This is my local convenience store, just a half a block from home. I’m there just about daily and the owners are the kindest most helpful people, and I consider them neighbours. Even during the pandemic they made sure the store was stocked and they made sure the store was safe and clean for their customers. In fact it’s probably the cleanest store I’ve ever been in. As far as I can see nothing is priced outrageously, in fact the prices are pretty fair.”

“Best candy store in Calgary!! Located on the corner across from the 7 street ctrain station and the Scotiabank. Need a gluten free snack? They have a great assortment!! If you are looking for the new gelatin Skittles they have them. Strawberry aero? They have that too.They always stock unusual new types of candies, old fashioned and less common to see in most stores candies and chocolates (Charleston chews in assorted flavors, rum butter chocolate bars for example) and the prices are affordable and fair. For instance a box of vanilla flavored Tofifee is $3.99, a can of soda is $1.50.Spragues Drug Store also has great giftware, the staff are super friendly, there is never a line up and it is very fast to go there on a break. I went on a work break and found lots of good candy and was only gone from work 8 minutes total. The pharmacy is also fast and pharmacists are knowledgable and professional and kind.”
