First I will say that the front staff always have a smile on there face and are so pleasant and efficient to deal with. I also need to shout out to Roslyn (mortgage department), Tim (small business department) and Jeramy (branch manager) for always going above and beyond for us and truly being on our side to make our loans work with the best rates. We consider them a part of our team on the business front. Have never felt this way with another bank. So happy we found you guys at the Olds location. Truly amazing staff that take care of their clients needs. I would give you 6 stars if I could.”

“Great and friendly front line staff. I have not dealt with anyone in this branch that was not totally efficient. Also received great service when I recently sold our home and moved. The mortgage process was seamless and one of the reason I have always used BNS. But the BNS rep for the mortgage was the best I have every dealt with.”
