“I have been meaning to write this review for a while as we have now been with TD almost 3 years. First I will say that the front staff always have a smile on there face and are so pleasant and efficient to deal with. I also need to shout out to Roslyn (mortgage department), Tim (small business department) and Jeramy (branch manager) for always going above and beyond for us and truly being on our side to make our loans work with the best rates. We consider them a part of our team on the business front. Have never felt this way with another bank. So happy we found you guys at the Olds location. Truly amazing staff that take care of their clients needs. I would give you 6 stars if I could.”
“I came in with an issue 10 minutes before closing and was greeted and served with the best customer service and patience I've recieved to date. I don't know any other ladies who'd stay on the clock after closing to help with my tedious issues. Thanks BMO Carstairs!”

The mortgage process was seamless and one of the reason I have always used BNS. But the BNS rep for the mortgage was the best I have every dealt with.”
