“I am from Ontario. John and Darlene went out of their way to help me fix a blown airline. John went above and beyond to find the reason why and fixed that also. They gave me a loaner to drive around while I waited. They even stayed after hours to make sure my truck was ready. If you are ever in drumheller and have a problem John at drum diesel will fix you up. The price he charged as far as I am concerned was very cheap. Thanks for all your help. “Went to get tires but they didn't have the 4 tires I required but gave me a loaner and arranged to have the proper tires installed at one of their competitors. That is service at its best. My apologies to the staff at Fountain Tire. I put 3 stars instead of the 5 stars that their service and friendly attitude so rightly deserved. Excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone for service to their customers. Putting the customers needs first and foremost make them great.”
