Just spent 25 minutes waiting for store employees to find a in-stock item. Still couldn't find it and walked out after. Only response was at least there still looking. Horrible customer service.

Darwin at the auto parts was a super awesome guy! He walked around with me to give the best assistance. I was completely able to find anything I needed. The service was extremely satisfying, I left the store with a big smile on my face.

We were visiting some friends in the area pulling our little RV. When we went to leave, on Sunday morning we noticed our tires on the RV were really cracked hoping that we can get some installed at Canadian tire to avoid a blowout. They got us right in and took no time at all! Thankyou so much Canadian Tire Drumheller for saving us!

Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Knowing we were purchasing heavy bags of grass seed and cement crack-fill, they were quick to offer to place in our cart and help us to the car, where they loaded it for us. They didn't have everything we wanted in stock, and weren't restocking what we were looking for, but hey, you can't have everything, right? Overall, a great experience, and we will be sure to shop there again.

Big shout out to Darwin, auto parts manager, who happened to be working on Canada day when no other auto parts stores were open. We needed a repair on our trailer hub to get home, and Darwin helped us out to get the right parts.
