Stopped to use the EV charger. They offered us pop, coffee and snacks and we were able to use the washroom. Glad they put the charger in and make it available for public use.

The dealership has excellent customer service. I was researching prices on an extended warranty for my 2022 Dodge Ram and although they could not sell me the warranty as I was not in the province, Jane was great in answering my questions. She took the time to help me to understand the warranty process and what would normally be the cost if I purchased from them. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They operate with a high level of integrity.

Prairie alberta construction and Renovations inc. would like to thank you for the great service that you gave to one of our trucks. The service department was very knowledgeable on what was going on. We bought a Ram 1500 2023 from Strathmore Chrysler. Prairie Alberta Construction and Renovations inc. was forced to pulled our service from them, for poor service we will never buy another vehicle from them. We have a another unit that needs a out of province inspection. Drum Heller Chrysler will get that work as well. You have a loyal customer for life, our next new vehicle we are buying from Drum Heller Chrysler.
