This is to anyone that likes fast friendly service with a smile, use this facility.
Myself and a friend were driving to Calgary Airport holiday Sunday evening, early morning. 12am to be exact. How do I know? We pulled in at 11:55 pm. The gentleman was nice and told us he was about to close. My friend ran to washroom as I pumped gas. I used facility after gas. As the gentleman locked the door and walked to his car I realized I'd lost keys in washroom. Explained my dilemma to him, he without attitude or anger retrieved my keys after many calls to explain re-entry. This gentleman name is learned was Ali. It took him 25 min of his time after close to return my keys and still with a smile. My greatest appreciation for his beautiful attitude towards us that evening. Fast gas with always have me as customer just from this transaction. Thank you again, ( as I learned acting manger and sole employee that weekend) Ali. Much appreciated 👏.

Worst gas station ever. More than a handful of times I stopped by and door was locked and no one was answering. Completely ignored multiple customers waiting outside, not even worth the trouble of saving two cents.

Never wanted to visit this store again as per my last visit , however today evening I was hesitating to visit the store but to my surprise i was really very happy to see new employee with the best customer service, and ALI dealt with me with very good and gave me the best service hopefully others employees of this store learn from him. Keep up the good work ALI, will see you again.

Good diesel price and the pump was clean. Location was clean, organized, and the female staff member was friendly. The washroom was clean too.

Paid for a lighter, but apparently, customer service doesn't come with the purchase. The clerk, with an attitude problem, couldn't be bothered to greet or be remotely pleasant. Then, as a paying customer, I get interrogated about using a bathroom, as if I needed permission for a basic human need. The clerk's lack of comprehension and unnecessary scolding was the cherry on top of this sorry excuse for service. This lady is awful and shouldnt be in a front end role.

I am in wheelchair and need full service stations. Could not find any in drumeller so stopped at the fast gas and pulled up to window and got the attention of the attendant. I asked if he could fill up my van for me. He wasn't busy and did it for me. Very nice of him.
