Why is the only Scotiabank in drumheller closed on the weekends. I have to drive all the way back to Calgary and come back

Have been here twice out of business hours to use their ATM. Both times, it has been out of service... Doesn't inspire much confidence in bothering to come to this branch to do business banking if the ATM isn't functional.
