I went to the shell in Drumheller and was charged for a ice cream slurpy that I didn’t even get because the Pepsi slurpy was all watery and the sales associate who’s name is Patel wouldn’t give me a refund and was very rude about it. I would like to get my money back and would like shell to fire patel for his rude attitude towards customers

Stopped at the Drumheller Shell gas station this morning on our way back from Calgary. What a treat it was to come to clean bathrooms and an immaculate food store. ( which has not always been our experience at other Shell stops)
The owner was genuinely friendly, meticulously dressed and greeted us when we came in, thanked us for stopping in and appreciative of our positive comments.He sets the standard high. Thank you!

Defiantly a convinence store for their convinence. They will not refund electronics so make sure you need it. So kind... Avoiding shopping here myself.

This is by far the cleanest gas station I have ever been in...including the restroom! The entire store was in great shape with lots of goods to choose from and friendly staff. Thank you for a comfortable stop from a long trip.
