“This is one of my favourite stores. Great clothing selection and some other good stuff, too, like books, games and houseware. However, I'm taking a star off because of an experience I had. I accidentally left a blouse I wanted in the change room. I phoned first thing the next morning, and they agreed to set it aside for me. But, since I live an hour away, I couldn't make the trip for a couple weeks. They sold the blouse. I think this was rude. To them, it was worth $1. But to me, it was the missing piece for a special outfit I was putting together. My feelings are very hurt.”
