First thing in the morning, I called Hi-Tech and the ladies on the phone immediately made me feel better about my incident. They clearly explained next steps and reassured me that they would guide me on the phone with the insurance company when I came in. They answered all our questions and made positive recommendations for my case. Even though it was right before Christmas, I received an efficient estimate on the damage reported to insurance which made the rest of the process quicker and easier. We ran into the inconvenience of a power outage, so it created a problem for them to get to my repair, but they shuttled my home so I could accomplish things while waiting for the power to come back on. “John from the sales team is absolutely Stellar guy. When the Chevy website directed me to their store even though I'm based in Toronto, John worked super hard to try to make the sale happen for me. Offering to deliver the vehicle to me, even pick up my trade in. Although the sale didn't work out, John was nothing but a class act the entire time.
