“Usually, I went to Park Muffler for my work but decided to check this place out. 100% happy with the work here, I was worried my flex pipes were gone and wanted to jump thr the gun and change them out. The service advisor at the desk suggests that before blowing a wack ton of cash, let's try doing things by thing to find the issue. Because he recommended this, I actually saved thousands of dollars, and they accomadeted me amazingly. 10000% recommend”

“I'll definitely be going back to Koch for my next service. They were able to look at my truck the day I called, diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. Called me when the parts arrived and nooked me in when it was convenient for me. Gave me a loaner for free (my truck was under warranty). Angie my service advisor was very friendly and kept me informed through the entire process, and tried to make sure i got a loaner that met my needs too. They detailed my truck before I picked it up as well. Thanks!”

“Went in because of concern re front bumper dislocating on my 2012 subaru. Subaru on Gateway boulevard had 1 month booking delay. Tried to bribe the Southern Autobody guys with donuts, refused! He came out and looked at it and said they could fix it right away. Sat down to read, and in less than 15 minutes it was fixed, and he refused payment. Now there's a body shop that I can trust and return to anytime. thanks very much guys”

“Purchase a transmission from Brian. Put it into my vehicle and had some issues. Brian did everything possible to help me with my issue, including willing to replace my transmission. Turns out it was a pinch wire . These guys are awesome and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a transmission for sure. I most definitely will do business with him again.”

“If I could leave 6 out of 5 stars, I would - Ivan went above and beyond for me. They did excellent work, and recommended some better, cheaper ways of doing the repairs than my insurance adjuster had come up with, including flawless paint colour matching, which my insurance was pushing to do completely separately. Ivan also personally spent 2h doing tedious wiring work to fix a faulty door lock I had mentioned - unrelated to my collision damages - for free.Ivan is willing to fight for his customers' best interests, even when that costs him some profit. In my case it was apparent that my repair & claim would barely break even, with the cost-saving measures he himself recommended, but he still went out of his way to always talk and explain things, and deliver top-quality work. When we would talk, it was also clear how he does well by his staff, too.I was so so impressed by Ivan's integrity - the complete opposite of one of those bigger flashy shops who are just out to get a bigger paycheck. 110% recommended for anyone wanting honest, caring work, he deserves a ton of business and good karma. Thank you again!”
