“I had an amazing experience at Napa Auto Parts on St. Albert Trail. It was a Sunday, and I couldn't get help from any other shop. I decided to buy the tools and fix my flat tire myself, so I went into Napa to ask what I needed.

Jesse and Cliff went way above and beyond. Instead of just selling me the tools, they immediately offered to use their own tools, gave me a ride to my car with the flat tire, and fixed it completely free of charge.

Right after they finished, a heavy thunderstorm rolled in. If they hadn't stepped in to help, I would have been stuck outside in the storm trying to fix my car myself. They didn't just get me back on the road they saved me from getting caught in the bad weather too.

It's rare to find people who are this honest, kind, and willing to help. Their customer service was outstanding, and they genuinely cared about getting me back on the road.

“On Feb. 10th I had an oil change for my 2025 Honda CRV at St Albert Honda. I was very impressed by everyone. The girls at the service desk greeted me promptly and directed me in to Dustin. He was extremely attentive answering all my questions as this was my first visit. He had a great sense of humour as we discussed a phone call he had with my husband. He checked info regarding my vehicle on his computer. All was good. Dustin gave me a time when my CVR would be ready. A salesman came to my rescue with the coffee machine. My CVR was ready earlier than expected. Dustin reviewed all the information on the service order. Everything was in order and all my questions were clearly answered. After paying the bill Dustin revealed my vehicle was washed; a very nice touch to end my visit. I only have high praise for St Albert Honda and will definitely return for any service work.”
