Staff are super helpful, remember us by name..er dog's name mostly, but what food they like, dog types, our points balance before looking in the computers, etc. Very great and highly recommend this be the 1 stop shop for all your pet needs. Heck just stop by to see what customer service ACTUALLY looks like! Amazing job.

the lady who works there (i didn’t get her name) is super nice and knowledgeable, every time we go there it feels welcoming and friendly thanks to her. would recommend :)

Had the pleasure of meeting Kristopher, the owner operator of Bone & Biscuit Co., at a community event in Aug. Our conversation was not only memorable but also enlightening.
