“Service is good but finding things in aisles are somewhat confusing. Was there for my Bruno's lamb feast meal that should ve easy to find but i ended up circling for 15 minutes around the aisles. As they do not have clear numbering system as well. But as stated before service is great.”

“The staff are really knowledgeable here and since it's a small business, the staff seem to really care. We went in needing some advice since our cat needed moving onto some new cat food and the staff did a great job of listening to our requirements about ingredients, texture and price in order to give a series of recommendations. I generally find they undercut other big name stores like Homes Alive and PetSmart which is surprising since this is an independently owned store.”

“I'm based in Vancouver but I continue to support them because they have been incredibly helpful in guiding me with my dog holistically. They carry products I haven't been able to find here, and Destany have always taken the time to answer questions and offer recommendations with genuine care. It's clear they truly care about pets and their wellbeing. I'm very grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care and guidance.”

“Very good quality toys! I was struggling to find something my one year old pit bull mix could play with for longer than a day before being destroyed. The Durapaw toys have been amazing! We’ve saved so much money by not having to replace her toys constantly.”

“Fantastic experience. I ordered online for delivery because I didn’t feel like driving the 25 minutes to the store and wasn’t in a rush. The items arrived very quickly and were well packaged. I also loved the handwritten note on the shipping invoice, and it included a great bird joke. What’s not to like? Will definitely order from here again.”

“My initial visit to Bone & Biscuit today was an exceptionally positive experience. I was seeking information for my dear friend Bella, who is a discerning eater and has a rather sensitive stomach. The incredibly knowledgeable staff dedicated a considerable amount of time to guide me through all the available options. I truly felt that they listened attentively to my concerns regarding Bella. I departed feeling very confident and well-informed by the information provided. This establishment will undoubtedly become our preferred destination for all of Bella's dietary and other requirements. I no longer anticipate visiting mainstream pet stores. My sincere gratitude to the staff for such a wonderful experience.”

“I love this store! After experiencing an issue, the manager, Taylor, reached out to me personally and completely resolved everything. She was incredibly kind, apologetic and genuinely committed to making things right. I truly appreciate how the situation was handled and am extremely grateful. This is exactly why I have supported this store for so many years!”

“Always a lovely experience here! We bring our puppy often & the staff are always so sweet to her, giving her treats & so many pets! They have everything we could ever need & we were especially happy with our recent purchase of the Canada Pooch suspender dog booties! We were able to try them on to find the best fit & a lovely staff member (thankyou!!) was on the floor with me helping to wrangle my pup while we strapped on the booties. Couldn’t have done it without her & now I know the best strategy for putting them on my dog! Thankyou x1000!!”

“LOVE THIS SHOP and their wonderful team. Recently, I was on the hunt for winter boots with stirrups for my big mastiff. Unable to find his size in Edmonton, Bone and Biscuit ordered some in and made sure I was the first to know, upon arrival. They held them for me, allowed me to get my dog to try them on ... all without any problem! I am grateful for customer service like this, especially in an age of robots and people who don't seem to care. It makes all the difference to me and plus, my mastiff couldn't be happier now wearing these boots in the crazy cold we have been having here in Edmonton. Thanks again Bone and Biscuit Crestwood!”

Kyla really took the time to listen and understand the situation, and helped me find the best products. I really appreciate all of her help. Such a wonderful person, and very knowledgeable with all the products in store. Thank you Kyla!!!”

“We went to Viva Pets for the first time this weekend and it was great! They had all the items we buy for our dog regularly and I was surprised that the pricing was as good as the big box stores. Jodie was very knowledgeable and helped us find a new favorite. Would highly recommend this local shop!”

“Stopped into Global Pet Foods just south of Whyte Ave while waiting for my chicken dinner next door and had a look around. They’ve got all the typical things you’d expect from a Global Pet Foods location and the store itself was clean and easy to browse. Didn’t buy anything today, but it’s conveniently located when I’m in the area grabbing dinner and I’ll definitely stop by again for pet needs when I’m in the neighbourhood.”

“This store has a good selection, the prices are reasonable (I love that they have house brands. Shedrow and Elation products are excellent!) and the staff are really helpful, friendly and approachable. I was chatting with one of the girls there about Back on Track products and asked if she happened to know if the Thermal Therapy was any good, and she gave a hearty personal recommendation and also mentioned that they go on sale... I've successfully suited up myself, my boyfriend, and like 3 other family members in Thermal Therapy (another house brand!! Haha) and they are definitely comparable to the B.O.T., and I really appreciated the sale tip.”

“Katie and Kendra are awesome! I went in today to get some cooling mats for the dogs. They both greeted me right away and walked me over to what I needed. Super friendly, but not pushy. And they gave us some samples to try for our new pup with a sensitive stomach! Clean, air conditioned, and attentive.”

“Honestly, it was wonderful to see that they have so many birds and that they have a place for them, even though it is a small location, they are well kept and maintained. The birds look healthy. I absolutely love the noise. They are talking. That means that the birds are healthy I wish more people came to adopt birds. The gentleman was really straightforward, which was nice and they were not pushy sales people trying to sell you a bird. they actually care about the birds and will talk to you if you’re truly interested I had a great experience and I’m excited to get my birds”

“We took our dog, Percy, for a groom with Ali and were so impressed with Sadie's through every step of the booking and grooming process. It had been awhile since Percy's last groom due to life changes, and they took such good care of him and his groom looks amazing! They booked him on a slow day where he was the only dog there as it was his first time and he tends to be a bit nervous. He was so relaxed and happy when he got home, which is a testament to the care and patients that Ali took with him. We will definitely be returning customers. :)”

“I take my dog here for baths and I’m so thankful for the ability to not have to use my own tub at home to do it! The staff have always been great, and I really cannot understand why there are complaints on here about a 30 minute time limit… I have a lab and am always in and out in 15 mins. Thank you for the dog wash service!”

“Faith helped me find the correct food for my cat and taught me a lot about hair balls! At the til she said,”and how long before you turn sixty?” I’m 63! She says,”you don’t look it, girl!” She then carried my kitty litter out to my Jeep. She is exactly what is missing from customer service now! So, Ellerslie/Parsons Road Pet Valu manager/owner, give her a pat on the back and a gift card for employee of the month!”

“Elizabeth and Destany were amazing, helping point me in the right direction in choosing raw food for my cat! Elizabeth was also extremely knowledgeable with the fish luckily she had the time and patience to answer all my dumb questions and helped me get a bunch of saltwater fish. The new owner was also very nice and fun to talk to! All in all 10/10 service with very helpful and knowledgeable staff the store has a great selection of products and healthy livestock.”

“This location is our #1 go to for dog washes. Aside from the store always being clean, organized and welcoming, the staff are amazing 👏 Claudia is such a kind young lady - from making sure our pup, Fiona, has warm towels to ensuring we have everything we need for a successful doggie bath. Sarah is also wonderful, always see a warm smile from her when you enter the store. As for the owner, what a gentleman. Great professionalism and treats his customers like you're a part of the family. Can't say enough about this place, as you don't get this type of customer service much elsewhere. Thanks for being so kind to our old girl each time.❤”
