Ordered coffee maker. After 11 days still hasn't arrived (and only had to travel one province over). Have sent 2 emails with no reply. Called sales dept and was told they can't help.Very poor customer service

UNPROFESSIONAL & SLOW - my order took 7 months for them to fulfill, and they only updated me when I initiated contact. They never once took ownership of the issues created by their lack of communication. Horrible customer service during the whole process, making promises and not following through, and straight up ignoring my questions. 0/10 would recommend in the future.

New $2k espresso machine does not work day 1. Caffe tech was quick to respond on day 1 with an email instructing me to prime the pump with a turkey baster. That did not work and informed them. After a few days, they set up a service visit for me with a local service shop.Lesson learned - I was unlucky with the pump.

Purchased a Rocket grinder on sale. When I was making arrangements to pick up was informed that they were sold out. they offered a replacement Eureka at full retail price as remedy for their screw up. Should probably look up the definition of integrity ...last time I deal with or recommend them.

extreme rude service provided by owner Joe, never ever buy anything from hereWhen you try to buy espresso machine, he will give a no discount on it and offer you another double priced machine with a 1% discount what a ridiculous service if you don't buy it Joe will ask you to leave and have a nice day lmao.

Very responsive with outstanding support.I recently purchased a grinder, when received a part was missing. I contacted them, the support/sales team were very responsive and helpful, they shipped the part asap.

I purchased an expensive coffee Grinder that failed to work way too soon for one person to use.Unrrepairable and no compensation at all to purchase a replacement.I see they have not changed their sorry ways.I just never went back Disregards Robert next choiceBreville may have problems but.Customer service isn't one of them.They pay for their mistakes and then some.Regards Robert

This is the third espresso/grinder machine setup I have purchased from Caffe Tech. This is the only place to go if you are serious about purchasing a high quality espresso machine. Joe is the most knowledgeable person in the coffee industry. All the staff there and at ACE Coffee Roasters are super friendly and proficient. His setup at ACE roasters has to be seen to be appreciated. I highly recommend.

I was online searching for a ECM Synchronika/flow control, and I came across CaffeTech. There was a great deal for the machine an even sweeter deal for Eureka Oro Single Dose grinder. I looked to the bottom left of the web page and seen access to a CaffeTech chat line. The owner Joe began to chat with me right away. I had a zillion questions, as I was a newbie to the espresso world, and wanted to ensure this was the unit. I knew already just because of its pretty looks...Lol. I was a little concerned to begin with as this was a local business, and I was spending alot of money. My concerns were dissolved quite fast. Joe was very personable, and punctual, answered my emails, texts and chat questions like no other. It took me a few days to pull the pin, but I was confident with the product and support I was receiving. When I recieved the machine there was a bit of a glitch I couldn't seem to figure out. Joe was chatting with me, on the phone with me, finally he said bring down to me. Now remember this was New Years Eve, he has let all his staff off for Christmas and New Years, and was running a one man show over the holidays. I brought it to him, within an hour or so it was done, only to find out it was the newbie at error...Lol, me..Lol. There is nothing like doing business with someone that is personable, honest, and a ton of integrity. If your in the market for coffee and espresso machines look no further, Caffetech is the place. He roasts his own coffee too, Ace Roasters, which he also through a bag in the deal. The roasting date was ONE day old, and delicious.Oh and the machine and grinder??, simply perfection, I think my wifes loves it more than I do...Lol...such a work of art!!!

Recently purchased a Rocket Mozzafiatto shortly after the holidays and it was money well spent. The open box machine exceeded my expectations and is in immaculate condition. Joe is a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate that he got my order ready promptly so I could have espresso working through new years. I have a Baratza Encore grinder and have been able to brew some really flavorful shots it just takes a lot of work to be consistent. Though it's not necessary, for convenience, and as a time saver for my 3:30am wake-ups for work I plan to see Joe for a grinder upgrade. I think it'll be a real game changer if I can dispense directly into the portafilter with a consistent weight. Thanks Caffe Tech!

Total horrible. You ask for refund something they don’t do it quietly completely and still charge you. Wasn’t even shipped. On top of that, I called no rep service answers the call. 0 % customer support. Lastly, charges you 3.5% for refund according to their policy. Go idrink coffee this place is a scam. I will have to call my bank and block their transactions.
