The service department is fantastic! They tuned, fixed, and cleaned up my 10 year old R58 into beautiful working order. It works like new. So lucky to have these folks locally. Thanks again!

New $2k espresso machine does not work day 1. Caffe tech was quick to respond on day 1 with an email instructing me to prime the pump with a turkey baster. That did not work and informed them. After a few days, they set up a service visit for me with a local service shop.Lesson learned - I was unlucky with the pump.
