The staff at this location - especially Kevin, Irwin, and Darlington - went above and beyond to make sure I got a like-sized vehicle in time for our Christmas vacation! Not only that, while I was returning the vehicle, I heard how they handled an unsatisfied customer who had rented from another location, and I was super impressed by how genuinely concerned they seemed and how they tried to make things right with her.

“The entire process was so streamlined and stress free. My insurance set up the rental details for me. When I arrived to pick up from an Enterprise location just a 5-10 minute walk from my home, they had a great selection of vehicles available. All the staff were super friendly and listened to my wants/needs for vehicle capabilities and capacities. They checked over the vehicle with me, showed me a very minor crack in the plastic fascia that I would not be responsible for. They made me feel safe that this vehicle was a good fit for me and in immaculate mechanical fitness. Shortly after signing a bit of paperwork; I was happily driving away in a brand new 2026 VW Taos. This vehicle has just the right amount of “zip” while still being incredibly fuel efficient. The return process was even easier than the pick up, and I was even offered a ride to pick up my vehicle from the autobody shop when the repairs on my vehicle were finished. I will definitely be using Enterprise for my future vehicle rentals and would happily recommend them to everyone I know!”

“My 74 year old mother came in there to pick up a rental vehicle she had booked . The person she dealt with wasent the most accommodating and she left there feeling really bad . The manager Mohammed went out of his way and beyond regular customer service to contact her and make her feel at ease with her vehicle rental . Thank you Mohammed for that . Totally made my mom's day”
